Before I was hired, Aqua Lily Products had always operated as a strictly seasonal business.
No money or effort was put in during the winter which felt like a huge area for growth. To take advantage of the holiday shopping season, we launched a Black Friday/Cyber Monday campaign in November.
Not only were we able to prove our products could sell in the off-season, we showed consumers we have items to make the holidays unforgettable.
